Betty Manarey

Elizabeth "Betty" Agnes Manarey (nee McWaters), of Durham, passed away at the Chapman House, Owen Sound on Saturday, July 28th, 2018 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Gord Manarey (August 1, 2017). Dear sister of Norm McWaters and his wife Marg, Ron McWaters and his wife Jan, and Sheila and her husband David Robinson. Sister-in-law of John and Marion Manarey. Betty will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and her dear friends. She will be missed by her four legged companion, Dollie. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Aleda McWaters. Betty and Gord owned and operated "Gord's Garage" for 25 years.

A funeral service celebrating Betty's life will be held at Knox United Church, Durham on Saturday at 11 a.m., with visitation prior to the service from 10 - 10:45 a.m. Interment at Temple Hill Cemetery.
