Marilyn Lamont

Marilyn Norma Lamont (nee Smith), of Mount Forest, passed away on Saturday, May 29th, 2021 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Floyd Lamont. Loving mother of Keith Lamont and his wife Cindie of Mount Forest, Darlene and her husband Murray Runhart of Atwood, and Susan and her husband Brian Harkness of Cambridge. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Runhart and his partner Amanda M., Sabrina and her husband Mitchell Simpson, Richard Runhart and his partner Amanda S., Jason Lamont and his wife Breanna, Larissa Lamont and her partner Avery, Zackery Lamont, Blaine Harkness, Ida Harkness and her partner Bailey, and Archie Harkness. Great-grandmother of Bronwyn, Amelia, Miley, and Kiplend. Dear sister of Doris Runstedler, Lyle Smith and his partner Cheryl, Lorne Smith and his wife Fran, and Elaine Smith. Predeceased by her infant sister Noreen, her daughter-in-law Julie Lamont (nee McIntyre), her brother-in-law Andrew Runstedler and her sister-in-law Barb Smith.

A private graveside service will be held at Maplewood Cemetery.
