Mervyn Dixon

Mervyn James Dixon, of Durham, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Edythe Dixon (nee Ramage). Loving father of Greg Dixon and his wife Susan of Southgate, Mark Dixon and his wife Barb of Aberdeen, Diane Sala and her husband Blair of Glen Williams, and Scott Dixon and his wife Kerry of Mount Forest. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by the Ramage and Mercey families. Predeceased by his parents James and Gertrude Dixon, and by his sister Florence Robertson.

A graveside service will be held at McLean's Cemetery, 597003 Concession 2 South (at the corner of the Holland Sydenham Townline), south of Bognor on Saturday, September 18th at 11 a.m. All are welcome to attend (please bring your own chair) and we encourage you confirm your attendance by either calling the Funeral Home at 519-369-3837 or by visiting the death notice on the Funeral Home website (www.mccullochwatsonfuneralhome.ca) and click "make a reservation". Covid protocols will be in place and social distancing must be respected on the cemetery property.
