Darryl Brown

Robert Darryl Brown, of Durham, passed away at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound on Monday, September 25th, 2023 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Jean (nee Becker). Loving father of Nancy and her husband Rick Nurse, and Chad Brown and his wife Robin. Proud grandfather of Carter, Caiden, Nolan and Maddux. Also remembered by his in-laws Art and Sharon Becker, Grace and Ken Cuylle, Dianne and Kurt Burmeister, Sharon and the late Bill Becker, and Terry and Randy Jackson. Predeceased by his son Todd Brown, his parents Ray and Marg Brown, his parents-in-law Cyril and Mamie Becker and his step-father-in-law David Baird.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating Darryl's life will be held at the Durham Community Centre, 451 Saddler Street West, Durham on Friday, September 29th at 1 p.m., followed by a casual come and go celebration of Darryl's life from 2 - 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the West Grey Police Toy Drive, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham.
