John Manarey

John David Manarey, of Durham, passed away on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Marion Manarey. Loving father of Janet and her husband Warren McWaters, Laura-Anne and her husband Joe Pridham, David Manarey and his wife Jo-Anne, and Shawn Manarey. Fondly remembered by his 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Cecil Paylor and his wife Judy, Harry Paylor and his wife Nancy, and Lynn Paylor. Predeceased by his parents James “Jack” and Jessie Manarey, his brothers Russel Manarey and his late wife Marjorie, and Gord Manarey and his late wife Betty, and his brother-in-law Vincent Paylor. 

A funeral service will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 28th at 12 p.m. Interment at Trinity Anglican Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
