Frederick "Fred" Lindsay

Frederick “Fred” William Lindsay, of Durham, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn (nee Hornsby). Loving father of William Lindsay (Corienne), and Clifford Lindsay (Bernetta). Cherished grandfather of Ashley Lindsay (Darrin), Katrina Lindsay, Brooke Lindsay (Grant), Quinton Lindsay and Keenan Lindsay. Great-grandfather of Maveric, Brecken, Rhett, Ruby, Dion, Matthew, Riley, and Kegan. Fred will be missed by his cat, Lucy, and all that knew him in Durham. Predeceased by his parents Clifford and Mary Lindsay and his daughter-in-law Heather Logan. 

A memorial service celebrating Fred’s life will be held at McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Thursday, November 30th at 1 p.m. with visitation prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment of cremated remains at Durham Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Chapman House (cheques payable to Grey Bruce Hospice Inc.) would be appreciated by the family.
