George Tucker

William George Tucker, of Southgate, passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 in his 82nd year.  Beloved husband of the late Marlene (nee Stortz).  Loving father of Brian Tucker and his wife Trisha, Brenda and her husband Neal Jennex, and Nancy and her husband Vince Diebold.  Cherished grandfather of Kaitlyn, Emma, Olivia, and Sarah.  Dear brother of Ruth MacIntosh, Earl Tucker and his wife Joyce, Bob Tucker and his wife Sandy, Linda and her husband Leonard Pfeffer, and Sandy and her husband Rob Dotzert.  Brother-in-law of Marie Holborn, and Helen and Ed Seifried.  Predeceased by his infant brother Ross.

Visitation will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Sunday, March 3rd from 4 - 7 p.m.  A funeral service celebrating George's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 5th at 11 a.m.  Spring interment at McNeil Cemetery, Priceville.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Rockwood Terrace or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
