Emilia Potyondi

Emilia Potyondi (nee Nagy), of Durham and formerly of Burk’s Falls, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Jozsef Potyondi. Loving mother of Ted Vilagos and his wife Liz, and Tammy Nagy, and step-mother of Marika and her late husband Gary Nietvelt, and Joe Potyondi and his wife Tina. Cherished grandmother of Jody and step-grandmother of Kyle, Tyler, Matthew, Hailey, Devon, and step-great-grandmother of Wylder. Dear sister of Zsuzsanna Benesné Nagy, and Maria Pahr Nagy. Predeceased by her brother Kálmán Nagy.  Fondly remembered by her extended family in Hungary.

Cremation will take place. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home.
