Dorothy Seim

Passed away at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston on Tuesday, August 24th, 2010. The former Dorothy Aljoe, of Alliston and formerly of Durham and Hanover, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Seim. Loving mother of Kevin MacArthur of Durham, Lyle MacArthur and his friend Chris of Alliston, the late Cathy MacArthur and the late John MacArthur. Cherished grandmother of Brittany, Jenna, Marissa, Amy, Landen, Shane and Brady. Sister of Dianne and Ralph Waechter of London, Betty Widmeyer and her late husband Dale of London and Donald Aljoe and his wife Helen of Durham. Fondly remembered by the Seim family and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother David Aljoe.

A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held at the funeral home on Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Cremation to follow with interment of cremated remains to be held at a later date at the Durham Cemetery.
