Norma Hill

Passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, November 17th, 2010. Norma Mary Hill, of Durham, in her 61st year. Dear daughter of the late Harry Hill and the late Laura (McGowan) Hill. Sadly missed by her loving brother Don Hill and her long-time friend and sister-in-law, Marian, of Durham. Cherished aunt of William Hill and his wife Lindsay of Barrie. Dear niece of Shirley McGowan. Norma was a devoted Registered Nurse at Sunnybrook Medical Centre for 35 years and she will be sadly missed by her family, friends and coworkers.

A celebration of Norma's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment at Durham Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Durham and Community Health Care Foundation (Durham Hospital) or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
