Archie Henderson

Passed away at his home on Monday, August 29th, 2011. Archibald Addison Henderson, of RR#4 Durham, in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Doris Lawrence. Loving father of Eleanor and her husband Norm Marshall of Durham. Cherished grandfather of Nancy and her husband Doug Wilton, Susan and her husband Rob Nixon, and Jeff Marshall and his wife Kelly. Great grandfather of Scott and Megan Wilton, Dean, John, Natalie and Gabby Nixon, and Maddison and Dawson Marshall. Fondly remembered by his sisters Betty Clark and Marie Wise, his brother Jim (Geraldine) Henderson, and his sister-in-law Blanche Henderson and their families. Predeceased by his siblings Muriel Torry, George Henderson, Evelyn Guest-Jean and Jean Wise and his brother-in-law Dolphie (Jenny) Lawrence.

A celebration of Archie's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Durham Cemetery.
