Jim Gibson

James Alexander Gibson, of Durham, in his 68th year, passed away surrounded by his family at his home on Thursday, April 12th, 2012. Beloved husband for 43 years of Marilyn (Cullaton). Loving father of Kelly and her husband Rod Grein of Hanover, and Kim and her husband Jason Altman of Hanover. Cherished grandfather of Kylie Jarvis, Austin Jarvis, Kaitlyn Grein and Josh Grein. Dear brother of Bill and Audrey Gibson, Art and Mary Gibson, the late Larry and Muriel Gibson, Terry and Joanne Gibson, and Gary and Nancy Gibson. Jim will be fondly remembered by the Cullaton and Willemsen families.

Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Friday, April 20th from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., where a memorial service will be held to celebrate Jim's life at 11 a.m. Inurnment of cremated remains will be held at the Durham Cemetery Columbarium at a later date.
