Helen - RN Wilton

Passed away Wednesday, January 1st, 2014 at the Durham hospital with her loving family at her side. Wilma Helen Wilton (nee Knisley), of RR#3 Durham, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Neil E. Wilton. Loving mother of Steve Wilton and his wife Sandi of Owen Sound, Fay and her husband Percy Harrison of Durham, and Craig Wilton and his wife Valerie of Coalhurst, Alberta. Cherished grandmother of Gwen, Janine, Elgin, Kyle, Lydia, Curtis, Candace, Brittany and Jason. Great-grandmother of Noah, Mogilny, Payton, Zuri, Rory, Carson, Landon and Holden. Dear sister of Isobel Woods, Bill and Irene Knisley, Ron Knisley and Marni, Adel and Don Francis, Marlyen and Art Torrie, and Norm and Marion Knisley. Sister-in-law of Allan McDougall and Lee, Harriette Rooney, Anne Wilton, and Bob and Shirl Wilton. Predeceased by her parents William and Reta Knisley; her daughter-in-law Wendy Wilton; her sisters Marjorie Balog and Thelma McDougall; and her brothers-in-law George Balog, Ben Woods and Ken Rooney.

A celebration of Helen's life will be held at the Durham Presbyterian Church on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Spring interment at Maplewood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Knox Normanby Presbyterian Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
