Frances Cachia

Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener on Monday, November 3rd, 2014. Frances Mary Cachia (nee Plonka), formerly of RR#1 Priceville, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Tony Cachia. Loving mother of Carol (Kim ) Nielsen of Kitchener, Jesse (Jacquie) Cachia of Priceville, Jim Cachia of Harriston, Melita (Arnie) Crigger of Hanover and Steve (Barb) Cachia of Waterloo. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Tesh (Jaime), Tashelle (Cory), Mike, Tony, Samantha, and Hannah, her step-grandchildren, Rene, Ben (Krystal), Tony (Trinity), Alex and Ryleigh, her great-grandchild Alec and her step-great-grandchildren Jayden, Adler and Daniel. Sister-in-law of Josephine Azzopardi and Maria Cachia both of Malta, Robert Oliver of Toronto and Anna Szuba of Mississauga. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Also remembered by her dear friend Else Nielsen. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Jean Plonka, her brother Billie Plonka and her sister Carol Ann Oliver.

A celebration of Frances's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment at Durham Cemetery.
