Phyllis Hopkins

Passed away at the Hanover and District Hospital, Hanover on Wednesday, September 16th, 2015. Phyllis Lenore Hopkins (nee Brown), of RR#1 Elmwood, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late J.D. Hopkins. Loving mother of Keith Hopkins and his wife Cheryl, Kevin Hopkins and his wife Anna, and David Hopkins and his friend Cindy. Cherished grandmother of Tyler (Jennifer), Justin (Robyn), Brendan, Nolan (Victoria), Katelin (Devin), Mark (Ashley) and Scott. Great-grandmother of Braxton and Kyle. Dear sister of Orval and Betty Brown. Sister-in-law of Mae MacLean, Isabel Edge, Donelda Hastie, Noreen and Mel Barfoot, Oren and Deanna Hopkins and Marlene Hopkins.

A celebration of Phyllis's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment at Durham Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Hanover and District Hospital Foundation or the Chesley and District Health Services Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
