Myrtle Lawrence

Passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Thursday, December 25th, 2015. Myrtle Alma Lawrence (nee Porter), of Durham, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Norman Lawrence. Loving mother of Debbie Olliff of Durham, Cheryl and her husband Kevin Holmes of Cambridge and Steven Lawrence of British Columbia. Cherished grandmother of Heather Olliff and her husband Scott Holloway, Jeff Olliff and his wife Deanna, Alexander Holmes and Mckenzie Holmes. Great-grandmother of Piper Holloway. Dear sister of Orville Porter and his wife Laverne of Hanover, Norman Porter and his wife Lenore of Collingwood and Glenna Porter of Guelph. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Jean Porter, her son-in-law Dave Olliff, her sister Wilma Brown and her brother-in-law Robert Brown. Special thanks to the staff at Rockwood Terrace for their excellent care over the years.

A private service will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home with interment of cremated remains at Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
