Donald Rutherford

Donald Carl Rutherford passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at The Village Nursing Home in Hanover, Ontario on Thursday, October 20th, 2016. He was 94, born on July 21, 1922 to the late John and Ellen Rutherford. Survived by his loving wife Doreen Rutherford (nee Olan) of 71 years. Dear father of Gayle (Joe) Hinds of Peterborough, Larry (Diane) Rutherford of Durham, Cathy Adams (the late Larry) of Guelph, Paul Rutherford of Kenilworth, Nancy Rutherford of Arthur and Bonnie Rutherford (fiance Lawrence Genereux) of Ayton. Cherished grandfather of Kim (Len) Rice, Karl (Lory) Rutherford, Mike (Kelly) Adams, Paul (Tracy) Adams, Bobby (Jessica) Adams, Chris Hinds, Matthew Rutherford, Tiffany Rutherford, Meagan Rands, Kody Rands, Jessica Dey, Jacob Dey and Britney Becker and great-grandfather of 17. Predeceased by his brothers; Irwin (the late Agnes) Rutherford, Keith (the late Bess) Rutherford, Ken (the late Dorothy) Rutherford and Truman (the late Lilly) Rutherford.

A private family graveside service will be held at Locks Cemetery, Huntsville.
