Doreen "Rene" Sturrock

Margaret Doreen "Rene" Sturrock (nee Lewis), of Durham and formerly of Priceville, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Thursday, February 16th, 2017 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Sturrock. Dear sister of Sterling, Bob (Joan), Tim (Norma), Murray (Phyllis) and Dianne. Rene will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews and their families and by her many dear friends. Predeceased by her sister Hazel and her brother Lyle.

A celebration of Rene's life will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Priceville on Monday, February 20th at 11 a.m., with visitation prior to the service from 10 - 10:45 a.m. Spring interment of cremated remains at McNeil Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Durham and Community Health Care Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham.
