Wally Johnstone

Walter "Wally" Laverne Johnstone, of Neustadt, passed away at the Hanover and District Hospital, on Monday, April 22nd, 2019 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Darlene (nee Fidler). Loving father of George Johnstone and his wife Kathy, and Patricia Johnstone and her husband John Spencer. Cherished Grandpa of Jeremie Johnstone and his wife Maegan van Zoelen, Amanda Johnstone, Breanna Spencer and Nicole Spencer. Proud Papa of Chase Phillips. Dear brother of Jannette, Donald and Beth. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by siblings Ernie, Wayne, Billy, Frances and Margaret. Cremation has taken place.

A come and go celebration of Wally's life will be held in the lower level at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 379 Adam Street, Neustadt on Saturday, April 27th from 2 - 4 p.m.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
