Verna Fogal

Verna May Fogal (nee Waterman), formerly of Durham, passed away at Grey Gables, Markdale on Tuesday, January 7th, 2020 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Fogal. Loving mother of Lavern Fogal and his wife Irene of Markdale, Brenda Wade of Durham, Doug Fogal of Durham, Shirley and her husband Dave Park of Hanover, Steve Fogal of Wingham, and Lisa and her husband Al Sears of Hanover. Fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Marilyn Fogal, her great-grandson Tarin and by 6 siblings. Cremation has taken place.

A memorial service celebrating Verna's life will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Saturday, January 11th at 1 p.m., with visitation being held prior to the service from 12 - 12:45 p.m..

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
