Audrey Hopkins

Audrey Louise Hopkins (nee Ruhl), of Durham, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Saturday, February 8th, 2020 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Jim Hopkins. Loving mother of Paul Hopkins, Brent "Zok" Hopkins and his wife Anne, and Rosalie Hopkins and her husband Dan Veitch. Cherished grandmother of Victoria Hopkins, Tyler Hopkins and his fiancée Jenn, Travis Hopkins, Kaitlyn Veitch and her partner Cam, and Derreck Veitch. Dear sister of Stan Ruhl. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Anna Hopkins and by her brother Don Ruhl.

A memorial service celebrating Audrey's life will be held at the Durham Legion, 271 Bruce Street North, Durham on Thursday at 1 p.m. Spring interment of cremated remains at Durham Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Durham Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
