Passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Thursday, March 15th, 2007. The former Mary Lorna Evelyn Grightmire, of Durham, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late William Harold Griffin. Loving mother of Marie and the late Dave Nixon, Wilma and Jim Lindsay, Joan and Bill MacMillan all of Durham, Harold Jr. Griffin and Marion of Vancouver, Lloyd Griffin and Mary Ellen Nelson, Joyce and Terry Whiteside all of Durham, and Patricia Cameron and Carl Kitchen of Lion's Head. Fondly remembered by her 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Edith Greenwood of Dundas. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Maria Grightmire, and her sister Gladys Lewis.

A Celebration of Lorna's Life will be held at the Durham Baptist Church on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Spring interment at Durham Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society, the Arthritis Society or Rockwood Terrace would be appreciated by the family.
