Clark Torry

William Clark Torry, formerly of Durham, has gone to be with God on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Picken) for 67 years. Loving father of the late Cathy (2019) and her husband Stephen Morris, Karen and her husband Larry Matheson, and William Torry and his wife Michele. Cherished grandfather of Gillian and her partner Dereck, Jennifer and her husband Jim, Stacey and her husband Dustin, Andrew and his wife Michelle, Harmony and her husband Shawn, and Curtis. Great-grandfather of Bailey, Tatum, Kentaya, Alex, Alice, Clara, Jessie, Kiera and MacKenzie. Dear brother of Audrey Murdoch and Wallace Torry. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Muriel and George Torry, and his sisters Irene Lewis and Helen Moore. Special thanks to the caring and compassionate staff of "The Village" and the nurses and Dr's at the Hanover Hospital.

Cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of life and interment of cremated remains at Maplewood Cemetery will be held at a later date.
