Marjorie Moyer

Marjorie Susan Moyer (nee Grubb), of Durham, passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Saturday, October 9th, 2021 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late George Moyer. Loving mother of the late Elmer Moyer and his wife Deb, Noreen Dempsey and her late husband Keith, Ralph Moyer and his late wife Jessie Lou, Mervin Moyer and his wife Yvonne, and Iona Wenzel. Cherished grandmother of Lisa (John), Randy, Evan (Melanie), Shawn (Sarah), Kyle, Kristy (Ivan), Caitlin (Jeff), and Adam. Great-grandmother of Jacob, Grace, Riley, Teira, Kael, Kallah, Hailey, Hannah, Heika, Isaac, Alexander, Wesley, Simon, Vera, Raina, Peyton and Kash. Survived by her brother David Grubb and by her sister-in-law Melba Grubb. Predeceased by her infant son Christopher, her infant daughter Catherine, her sisters Florence Meyer, Anne Ertel, Leona Lunz, infant Rita Grubb, Elizabeth Ertel, Theresa Doerr, and by her brothers Philip, Ralph and Joseph Grubb.

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held. Friends and extended family are welcome to view the service on Saturday, October 16th at 10 a.m. by visiting the home page of McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home website (mccullochwatsonfuneralhome.ca) or the McCulloch-Watson Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/mccullochwatson/). The video will remain posted for viewing afterwards. Interment at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery.
