Death Notice of Donald Mac Neill
Peacefully, of Priceville and Toronto, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre with his family by his side on Saturday, June 18, 2016. He was in his 78th year. Born in Toronto, Ontario on December 20, 1938 to the late John and Catherine Mac Neill. Don retired as a pipe Millwright from National Silicates Ltd. Don enjoyed officiating hockey for the OMHL, hobby farming, traveling across Canada and trains in which he worked as a young man for the CPR. Survived by his lifelong love wife Margaret (nee Black) of 60 years . Children Donald Duncan Mac Neill of Glenelg and John Glen Mac Neill of Dubai. Much loved Grandfather of Donald Drysdale.
Predeceased by brothers John, Kenneth and Gillivray and his favourite Aunt Minnie. He will be sadly missed by sister in laws Kay Black, Patricia(nee Bell) Mac Neill, Rena Dakin, Norma (nee Wilcox) Mac Neill and brothers in law Beverley David(Sandra) Black, nieces and nephews Tricia Black, Catherine(Kenny) Watson, Michael(Judy) Mac Neill, Hugh Mac Neill, David(Lori) Wendling, Catherine(Parker) Murakami, Dr. Lisa Wendling, Paul(Joanna) Black, Andrea(Angelo) DeMichele, Stephanie(Kris) Cherry, Kathleen Black, Nicole(Kyle) Black, Linda Black, Melissa Black and many great nieces and nephews. Missed by many friends and former colleagues, especially his dear friends Steve, Hadi and Abeer. He is greatly missed by his furry friends Diesel and Radar.
