Richard Stanton

Passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Wednesday, August 26th, 2009. Richard Stanton, of Durham, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the former Marion Cline. Loving stepfather of Blair Coutts and his wife Patricia of Mississauga. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Cora Nicholls, many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Richard was one of the founders and the driving force for the Abbeyfield House in Durham.

A Celebration of Richard's Life will be held at the Durham Baptist Church on Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Durham Cemetery.

To assist with building future Abbeyfield Houses, memorial donations to Abbeyfield Houses Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
