James Lindsay

James Robert Lindsay, of Durham, passed away with the love of his family by his side at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Wilma Lindsay (nee Griffin). Loving father of Jamie Lindsay and his wife Cheryl, and Charlene and her husband Scott Armstrong. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Emma, Rebecca, and Aaron. Dear brother of Marg and her husband Glen Baker, and Arthur “Archie” Lindsay and his wife Marilyn. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Cathy Phillips, and by his many nieces and nephews, and the Griffin family. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Frances Lindsay, his siblings Anna Mary and her late husband Sneath Hargrave, Joe Lindsay and his late wife Christine, and Emma and her late husband Howard Phillips and an infant sibling. 

Cremation. A graveside service will be held at the Durham Cemetery on Friday, August 5th at 2 p.m.
